What happens when you enquire?
Until the secure enquiry form has been activated and tested, visitors contact the team through their own email application. The procurement website does not operate a public contract-upload facility and does not store supplier quotes or financial worksheet inputs in a database. If you email us, your name, email, employer and the details you choose to provide will be processed through the group's email provider for the purpose of responding and assessing whether a potential engagement is a good fit.
Our current interactive calculators run in your browser. They do not submit your entered cost figures to us. The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and website security. Like most web infrastructure, providers may handle technical request information such as IP addresses for security and delivery.
Purpose and legal basis
We use business enquiry details to answer your request, assess commercial suitability and arrange any requested follow-up. Depending on the circumstances, this may be based on legitimate interests in responding to professional enquiries or steps towards a contract. We do not treat a business enquiry as permission to send unrelated marketing messages.
